Dong Guan Tung Tai Hardware Manufacturing Co.Ltd.

Dong Guan Tung Tai Hardware Manufacturing Co.Ltd. was established in Hong Kong in 1976. In 1987, a production plant was established in Liaobu Town, Dongguan City, with a plant area of 3400m². With the rapid business growth, the second factory was opened in Dajin Industrial Park in 2004, with an area of more than 8300m² and  hundreds of employees. Products are exported to Europe, America, Japan and other countries and regions, covering aerospace, automobiles, medical equipment, power boxes, electronic contacts, heat sinks, printers and other precision parts.

The company system has passed TUV ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, AS9100 certification.

Production includes CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, and punching machines. There are 80 CNC lathes including turning and milling, 60 CNC machining centers including 4 axes, and 90 punching machines of 45T-300T. The main testing equipment are three-dimensional, spectral material analyzer, desktop film thickness tester, RoHS2.0 testing equipment.
